MIGUEL SANCHEZ, PE, MBA
Principal – Owner
Miguel has over 22 years of experience with street widening, improvements, and major reconstruction projects for clients throughout Texas. He has project management experience with complex highway and street design reconstruction on PS&E and design-build projects. Miguel understands the importance of interdisciplinary coordination of these types of projects and is experienced in designing roadways to resolve environmental, access, constructability and operational constraints. Miguel’s expertise is in maintenance of traffic (MOT) including preparing detailed traffic control plans (TCP). Miguel has developed constructible plans from conceptual stages through construction and focuses maintaining safety of construction crews and the public while minimizing public disruptions.
JOHN SALAZAR, PE, CFM
Principal – Owner
John has over 27 years of experience with street, water resource, drainage improvements and major reconstruction projects throughout Texas. He has project management experience with complex highway, street reconstruction, water resource, park, and drainage design/construction on PS&E and design-build projects. John understands the importance of multi-discipline administration of these types of projects and is experienced in designing/constructing infrastructure to resolve environmental, access, constructability and operational constraints. John’s expertise is in project management including construction services reviewing submittals, ensuring plan compliance and addressing public concerns during construction.
Miguel and John are life long residents of San Antonio, Texas, both graduated from UTSA. They along with their families are invested in the San Antonio community through various volunteer organizations and activities. They are personally committed to continuing to develop and improving their communities through their profession and families.
